Team Prodigy WC Strength Training Sign-Up
Strength Training is only available to Team Prodigy WC members.  It will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7 pm.  Wrestlers should be there about 6:15 to 6:20 to do a warm-up.  Sessions will be run by Coach Hunter and Coach Ross.  Wrestlers that sign up for Strength Training must be at trainings consistently.  No Drop-ins, even from the WC will be allowed in.  Only those who sign-up from day one will be able to participate.
