5th Grade Outing to Oaks Amusement Park, June 9th

PTA is sponsering a trip to Oaks Park for all 5th grade Lake Grove students. Students will leave Lake Grove via bus at 10am and return by 1:30 pm. Each child will recieve a ride bracelet which allows them access to most rides in the park. Pizza lunch will be provided. Please let us know in this form if your child needs another lunch option. We ask to have this form filled out and returned by Tuesday, May 31st.
