Family Portrait Sign-Up
Please fill out this form to reserve a 20 minute time slot for family portraits. Please understand that of the pictures taken, a maximum of 5 of the best photos will be sent to each family in digital format. If you wish to bring props, you may as the photo shoot will be taken outdoors. (Please wear appropriate shoes to be off pavement.)
Also, understand that this sign-up is first come, first-served. You will be contacted if your desired time is not available and if the option to reschedule is available, it will be offered. Thank you for your understanding.
