Please complete this form if you are in need of homemade face masks. We have volunteers ready and willing to make these for you. There are two styles, but these are the general characteristics:
-made of tightly woven cotton or cotton-blend fabrics
-2 layers
-pre-washed and pre-shrunk fabric
-pleated and large enough to cover an N-95 mask
-a OPTIONAL 2.5" opening at the bottom for an optional filter
-other options (see below)
