Complete this form if you are interested in either voluntary or paid tutoring opportunities.  We have opened up a similar form for students who want to receive tutoring services.  

Once a week Mrs. Curtis will share a spreadsheet with you.   You will be able to see their age, grade level, and what they need.  You will have access to information and contact numbers so that you can reach out to them.  

All communication and agreement from that point forward is between you, the tutor, and the student and parent(s) you are working with. Thank you so much for your willingness to be awesome in this very difficult situation.  There are many students in need of help.
