To help inform and set expectations around our board and the role you are interested in, we ask that you review the details below and provide the information requested (in section two) no later than Wednesday, August 25 at 5PM EDT.

Open Board Positions

Please note that those elected will serve a two-year term from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024, with the exception of the vice president role which will be a one-year term (as our current VP vacates his role to run for president).
Essay Questions

You will have the opportunity to provide key information and personalized answers to five short essay questions in the next section to help our ACMP Ohio members learn more about you and why you’re running for the ACMP board position you’ve selected. 

Essay responses are limited to 550 characters each (approximately 100 words), with all but one (Question #5) shared with members on the voting ballot. As a tip, you may find it helpful to prepare your essay answers in advance and copy them into this form.

As a candidate you must be an active ACMP Ohio Chapter member at the time of election and throughout the term of service - October 1, 2022-September 30, 2024, with exception of a one-year term for the Vice President position ending on September 30, 2023.
