Remember when it's on a quarter, it's time to re-order.  Always allow yourself three to five days of oil in the winter to insure you do not run out.  If your order reaches us by 7 a.m. we try to deliver the same day.  If you require a specific date for your delivery please enter the date you would like your fuel.  Some servers are slower to pass the orders than others, if you are out of fuel please call us, a live person is always answering our telephone, please call 845-628-1330.  

If you smell propane stop immediately, go outside and shut off the tank by turning the valve off at the top.   From outside call us  845-628-1330 or 911  If you are out of propane we must do a leak check when we deliver, please be sure to be home.

If you do not specify a delivery day we will schedule you for the next business day.  Please be sure to include your home phone number and if you are a new customer a day time phone number where you can be reached.  A telephone call is required only to establish your fill location, obtain special instructions if required and to insure a safe delivery.  Once you have established an account there is no further need for telephoning.   Setting up an account only takes a few minutes and insures your homes safety and security.  If you are filling your tank please simply type "fill" in the gallons box- For a set amount of gallons please specify the gallon amount (150 gallon minimum).  Remember "when it's on a quarter it's time to reorder!"   You of course may also sign up for automatic delivery in order that you do not have to remember to check you oil, simply type sign me up for auto in special instructions!

If you would like us to verify the order please include your email address.  Senior, volume and disabled vets will be discounted an additional cent per gallon!   If you are ordering gasoline, on-road diesel, off-road diesel, biodiesel or bioheat please enter the product you wish to have delivered.  Simply type "will be home" or "check" or "credit card" to tell us how you would like to pay for your product.  Please note trucks do not carry cash and do not have change.  Please remember we deliver only in Northern Westchester, Putnam and Southern Dutchess counties of New York State.  

Sclafani/Liberty Petroleum will not share any data, addresses, i.d.s  or sell customer information to any other business or individual.  This data is strictly for our internal use and the expressed use of providing your oil, propane or to fill your service request.   All fuel types such as diesel or biodiesel are carried on separate trucks and not mixed.
