The Big Squeeze Accordion Contest 2020 Entry Form – All Cities

**If you do not live within 20 miles of a showcase, a you may submit a digital version of two recorded songs by 12midnight on APRIL 5, 2020. Those who were planning to attend Los Fresnos, San Antonio or Crosby auditions may send videos and anyone who has not already attended a live audition.
**Must fit age requirements of applicable category (21 and under for Conjunto, 25 and under for Zydeco, Cajun and Polka) as of April 19, 2020. Applicants that do not fit age requirements of applicable category on or before April 19, 2020 are not eligible.
