Eligibility:

-Must be at least 18 years of age or older

-Must have aspirations that include being in contribution (Ex. Creating your own business, nurturing a side hustle, starting a non-profit, inventing, creating a brand/ videos, writing & publishing a book, etc.)

 
Schedule:

Group calls via video conferencing (Zoom) twice a month (every other week). Tuesdays from 830-930 pm EST*

Subscription: Subscriptions last for one year from individual's start date.

I understand that Sabiartistry LLC reserves the right to discontinue or remove any participant from the Mastermind at any point. I hereby fully and forever discharge and release Sabiartistry LLC, and any and all associated staff or partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, both in law and equity, in any way resulting from personal, physical, psychological or emotional injuries, distress or death sustained as a result of my participation in the Mastermind or any of its associated activities. I voluntarily and freely choose to incur and assume any and all such risks and dangers. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabiartistry LLC and it's participants from any and all losses, claims, actions or proceedings of any kind which may be based on my participation in the Mastermind.
By checking the box below, I understand that one of the guidelines of the Mastermind include maintaining confidentiality of the experiences and comments made by the participants during the Mastermind.  I agree not to share any specific methodology/ coaching or Mastermind materials used with anyone other than participants, my coaches, and facilitators. I agree to maintain confidentiality of other participants, my coaches, and facilitators. However, I also understand that Sabiartistry LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality and is not responsible for any disclosure.
By checking the box below, I understand that in the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this agreement, the parties waive the right to a trial by jury and agree that the parties shall first attend mediation prior to filing any type of legal proceeding. In the event of unsuccessful mediation, the dispute shall then be referred to arbitration New Jersey for arbitration in accordance with the applicable United States Arbitration and Mediation Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon. Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees in accordance with the applicable Rules of Arbitration. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator's award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator's award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit
