We are so happy you are considering our Digital Programme.

At Echo Echo we believe that everyone has the ability to dance and be poetic in their movement. To encourage you to explore your own unique creativity in movement we have designed a series of short digital courses for all ages and levels of experience.

You can choose from the following:

* Digital Adults Programme - An engaging course for adults looking at the fundamentals of movement such as rhythm, balance and co-ordination.

* Digital Youth and Young Adults Programme - A course for teens and young adults exploring solo dance and composing instantaneously.

* Digital Kids Programme - A playful course for children aged 5 - 12 years to stimulate creativity and imagination.

We will be releasing an additional course for over 50s in July 2021

Each course is led by members of the Echo Echo Ensemble and consist of 8 sessions which last about 20 minutes each.
