School Program Booking (Spring 2024)

Thank you for your interest in booking a wetland excursion with the Kootenay-Columbia Discovery Centre this spring!

Programs start May 13th and go to June 26th, 2024 and are available Monday to Friday. All programs take place at the Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area.

Grades K-7
Wetland excursions are 2 hours long and cost $4/student ($60 minimum charge).

Grades 8-12

Stewardship programs are 2 hours long and involve hands-on habitat restoration activities. Cost is $50 per class.

Grades 4+
Canoe tours are 1 hour long and cost $5/per student ($50 minimum charge) and are available for Grades 4 and up. Canoe Tours can be added onto a wetland excursion (most popular) or stand alone.
