(Setting Goals) Learning Task 1b
This form is the method in  which CRTPD participants submit their responses to the learning tasks that have been outlined in the Module 1 Document for the CRTPD Comprehensive Program #1 - Setting Goals

Once you have completed the form you will be able to review yours and other participants scenarios through a link that is provided both in the closing message of your submission and alink on the website. Please note that all participants names and email addresses have been hidden from view to protect your privacy.
