오는 Thanksgiving Weekend 에는 헤마토 연구소가 진행하는 건강 세미나를 아래와 같이 가지려고 합니다. “음식, 녹차, 발효빵과 운동” 을 주제로 미국, 캐나다, 독일, 영국 및 한국에서 의사선생님들과 전문가를 초청하여 건강세미나를 포럼 형식으로 진행합니다. 특히 “추위와 더위” 등 환경에 따라 조절하는 음식 (채식/육식 등)과 녹차의 블랜딩 효과, 및 새로 개발된 운동을 통하여 헤마토센트릭 라이프스타일의 의미와 실천에 대하여 깊이 이해하는 시간을 갖고자 하오니 많은 참석 부탁드립니다.
The Hemato-Institute is hosting a health seminar during the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend. A forum panelist of doctors and professionals from the US, Canada, Germany, England, and Korea will speak about food, green tea, sourdough bread, and exercise. The discussions will focus on methods of eating (plant-based/meat) based on environmental factors such as “cold and heat”, the benefits of green tea blending, and newly developed exercise methods. The health seminar will provide an in-depth opportunity to understand the meaning and application of the “Hemato-Centric Lifestyle” so we hope many of you will be able to attend.
