Carrollwood Day School looks forward to welcoming our faculty and students back home to CDS for the 2020-2021 school year. While everyone is eager to return to in-person instruction, we know that some families are apprehensive about sending their children back to school at this time. In response to our families' varying needs, CDS will be offering congruent in-school and remote learning options for our return to school in August.

** ON CAMPUS LEARNING:  Increased personal protection, cleaning, and social distancing protocols will be in place throughout all divisions to safeguard the health and well-being of every member of the CDS community while on campus.

** ADAPTABLE LEARNING PLAN:  CDS's Adaptable Learning Plan provides an option for students in PreK-4 through upper school to remain connected to their teachers and classmates when choosing to begin the school year learning remotely from home.  (This option will require parental involvement and flexibility.)

** DISTANCE LEARNING PLAN: This plan will be implemented only if mandated by local, state, or federal authorities.

To help us more fully prepare to meet the needs of your child, prepare class schedules, and complete faculty assignments, families are asked to share your initial preference for a return to On-Campus Learning or Adaptable Learning (learning at home) for the opening of school. If we do not receive a completed form for your child, we will plan for them to be on campus when school resumes in August.
