This is the form to officially register a team for the 2019 Cove Competition. All team member names will be requested by Friday, August 10, and all team members will be asked to sign a participation waiver day-of.

Once your team registration has been confirmed, each team is requested to set-up a fundraising page with a suggested minimum of $1000 required for participation. The fundraising page must be set-up within seven days of registering your team to ensure a spot.
