1. When Balloon is rubbed on wool

negative charge gets transferred from sweater to balloon

positive charge gets transferred from balloon to sweater

negative charge is created due to rubbing

you can hold a charged balloon steady if you keep it far away from sweater

where ever you keep a charged balloon, the sweater will attract it

both the balloon can stick to the sweater

you can stop one balloon from coming near to sweater by putting another charged balloon in between

you can stop only the lesser charged balloon from coming near to sweater by putting heavier charged balloon in between

you cannot stop balloons from coming near to the sweater

7. If you choose "Show charge differences" then

Sweater shows positive charge

balloon shows negative charge

wall shows positive charge when balloon is near, else zero charge

There is no charge difference created anywhere
