Negotiations Survey (Part 2)
Please rank your top three topics for YFA negotiations which will begin this Fall 2019 semester.
NOTE: The existing Tentative Agreement which resulted in our new contract already requires a new compensation model---with a new target---to be implemented by July 1, 2020. Also, the District has already agreed to provide paid part-time faculty office hours and is exploring funding options to be used for implementation. YFA will continue to follow-up with the District regarding when we can expect this implementation.
