Privileges of membership provide eligibility for Federation subsidies if a proposed neighborhood association project is deemed worthy by the Steering Committee: see criteria below. This is a NEED BASED grant. Need is demonstrated by sharing your association’s balance sheet upon interview.
A neighborhood association or an HOA current with their Federation dues current may apply once yearly for this grant. No grant is too small, and there is no prescribed grant amount.
To be eligible, this application must be completed and submitted by May 30. A Fed member will follow up with a phone call and an interview of applicant. Grants will be issued within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. This project should be completed before the subsequent Federation Annual Meeting in February.
At that Federation Annual Meeting, the applicant must present their project. Visuals are recommended
