Format:
Seeding Round will be a 4 person latter, players will be placed in division depending on their placement in the Seeding round. Each division will begin with a round robin (depending on number of participants) will be made-up of 4 to 5 players seeded by USATT/SLCTT rating. Top players from each group will advance to a single elimination bracket.

The event will be using the Nittaku 3-Star PREMIUM 40+ Balls. ITTF table tennis rules will apply ITFF Handbook

The tournament begins at 09:00AM

A $25 admission fee will be required to play in the tournament. The admission will be collected the day of the tournament as you sign in. 100% of your admission will be donated to the United Way Charity Organization. Visitors and spectators will have the opportunity to donate as well but will not be required for entry.

This tournament has two consolation brackets. One between the premier and intermediate and the other between the juniors and beginners league. Provided that you do not place as a winner in the standard divisions, would you be interested in a second chance to win in one of the consolation brackets?

This representation is made by the undersigned knowing that Table Tennis Training and Event Center (the “club”) will rely on the same. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that in using the facilities, programs and equipment of the club I do so entirely at my own risk. In consideration of my ability to use the club's facilities and equipment I expressly agree that the club shall not be liable for any personal injuries or loss or damaged to property sustained on or about the club premises resulting from or arising out of the negligence of the club and/or its staff, or the negligence of any other person on the premises of the club and assume full responsibility for same. I affirm that there are inherent risks in all the club’s activities that I am aware of and appreciate these risks and I assume all responsibility for personal injury and/or loss for these injuries.
I understand that the participant may be photographed while using the facilities and that the photo may be used for promotional materials.
I further agree to release from liability and to indemnity and hold harmless the club for any and all claims arising as a result of engaging in club activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur.
