Grow@Home Kit Volunteer Sign-Up
Over the last two years, the Washington Youth Garden has provided over 4,000 Grow@Home Kits to students throughout the region to inspire to learn, experiment and grow their own food!

We are organizing volunteers to help us compile more of these kits on for the 2021-2022 school year.  Building the kits involves putting together components, like bags of compost, activity guides, and combining them all in their bags.  It’s a simple and fun way to help WYG and the students in the District and beyond.

Kit building will occur at the Washington Youth Garden on the grounds of the US National Arboretum.
