Summer Tutoring Options for 2023
Summer 2023 Tutoring June 12 - August 24  (Fall Tutoring begins September 5)

Shocking but not surprising are the gaps in academic development of students in the past 3 years as we seek to find and fill in the missing building blocks of solid education. Summer is a great time to work on basic skills of reading, writing, math, problem solving, and critical thinking. Summer tutoring clients will participate in real world project based learning activities and everyone is invited to the summer 2023 book reading challenge. Below are the summer tutoring options for 2023.

1. National Park ELA Project (Reading/Writing/Research/Problem Solving for grade 4-9)
No homework, once a week sessions

2. Mini Golf Course Math Project (Math/Problem Solving with some ELA for grades 4-6)
No homework, once a week sessions

3. Preread next year's reading texts or required summer school reading (grades 4-12)
Parents provide the book lists and books. Reading homework, once a week session

4. ACT/SAT Test Prep - mainly Reading, Language, Writing and test taking tips (grades 10-12)
Take practice tests as homework, once a week sessions

Please let me know if you would like summer tutoring for your child. Tutoring will be virtual, 55 minute sessions. Cost of each session is $50. Fill out the info below to contact me about summer tutoring. Sessions will be on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Only 18 spots will be available in total. Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot, but I will contact you and send a client information form if I have space available. Feel free to pass along my business email or website if you have friends or relatives looking for a summer tutor. No need to live locally!
