We are passionate to create employment for women at risk and survivors of trafficking. Through our non profit affiliate, we provide a path to employment to ensure that women and children never face the threat of human trafficking
again. Our company provides safe and secure employment, on site daycare facilities, and wrap around support allowing each woman to build a bright future for herself and her children. Every day we observe the transforming power of hope and love through employment. We are inviting someone with strong marketing and fundraising skills to expand our sales and bring in more funds in order to provide more opportunities of freedom and hope to women and children.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop strategy for social media for both our company and our non profit affiliate.
Manage volunteers and mobilize guests and friends.
Create newsletters, catalogues, campaigns, and events to bring in sales and donations.
Research and set up a fundraising and sales CRM system.
Develop marketing campaigns for fundraising and product promotion.
Provide staff training and mentoring to team in Bangladesh to support this position.
Schedule events, speaking engagements and fundraisers each year.
Qualifications and skills
Training and experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business.
The ability to think creatively, take initiative and work independently
Photography and/or videography skills a plus.
Candidates raise their own funds through another organization such as Interserve.
