NEW AND RETURNING JUNIOR SKATERS:
Runs late April to November

Fees: $425 in three payments
Due April 3, 2019: $175 = $100 skater dues + $55 insurance + $20 mandatory concussion assessment fee
Due June 15, 2019: $150 skater dues
Due Aug. 15, 2019: $100 skater dues

Additional fees: $25 membership (per family, due April 3) and uniform (approx $70 per skater)

Fees include $55 CRDi Insurance but skaters must self-register. Skaters will attend practices two times a week, typically Wednesdays and Sundays, starting at the end of April until November. Schedule to be announced on Team Snap.

JUNIOR INSURANCE REGISTRATION: Fill out the form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjzr9ymWBIV0Rkwyk4k5PHmExOwIn67qEFE_uMI3L7RPakcw/viewform. Under the "League Name" section choose "Lethbridge Roller Derby Guild" (JR). Be sure to choose JR MEMBERSHIP INSURANCE ($55). Under the "Paying Via" section choose "email transfer" as your insurance is covered by your registration fees. Once you have sent in your insurance information, please email treasurer@lethbridgerollerderby.ca with your name so the transaction can be completed.

ADULT ROLLER DERBY 101 NEW ADULT SKATER FEES (18+):
Runs late April to August.

Fees: $220 one-time payment
Due April 3, 2019: $220 = $170 skater dues + $30 apprentice insurance (good for 3 months) + $20 mandatory concussion assessment fee

Additional fees: $25 membership (per family, due April 3)

Gear Rental Fees: $10 + $50 security deposit

Gear Rental Fees are due April 28. Fees include CRDi Apprentice Insurance (self-register, league will pay on your behalf). Skaters will attend practices two times a week, typically Wednesdays and Sundays, starting at the end of April until August. Schedule to be announced on Team Snap.

ADULT APPRENTICE INSURANCE REGISTRATION: Fill out the form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjzr9ymWBIV0Rkwyk4k5PHmExOwIn67qEFE_uMI3L7RPakcw/viewform. Under the "League Name" section choose "Lethbridge Roller Derby Guild" (adult). Be sure to choose BRAND NEW SKATER INSURANCE ($30). Choose April 28 as your start date.  Under the "Paying Via" section choose "email transfer" as your insurance is covered by your Roller Derby 101 fees. Once you have sent in your insurance information, please email treasurer@lethbridgerollerderby.ca with your name so the transaction can be completed.

Under the "League Name" section choose "Lethbridge Roller Derby Guild" (adult). Be sure to choose SR MEMBERSHIP INSURANCE ($55). Under the "Paying Via" section choose your desired payment and complete the transaction as you are responsible for covering your own insurance. Once you have sent in your insurance information, please email treasurer@lethbridgerollerderby.ca with your name so the league knows your insurance registration is complete.
