Your goals are incredibly important
In order for coaching to have maximum impact, you need to direct the program. We do this by establishing your goals at the beginning, and working towards an agreed outcomes. The following questions are designed to help you articulate what you want and how you intend to get to your new destination.
A word on goals:
Too often, business goals are about money, which can be really frustrating for creative social entrepreneurs. Irene makes the assumption that you want a comfortable living wage, so if your goal is to make enough money to pay yourself, GREAT, but it's not enough for the style of coaching Irene delivers. We have a referral network to help you set an action plan and build a business to support your money goals. Tick the relevant box, by all means, and Irene will refer you directly to the right support for this priority.
If you HATE goals and have always struggled with articulating your "goal" you may want to attend a workshop instead. We think of goals more like a MAP.
You are building a MAP to show you the ways you will navigate your way to your preferred destination. Let's say your goal is to build your own studio - nice one, love it - the "destination" here is your own creative space. Paint the picture of the new destination for us - where is the studio, what do you do in it, how does it change the community or place where you work - and we can develop a coaching plan to help you.
