Artcore is an international centre for contemporary art and creativity that is based in Derby, UK, and is home to a gallery, studios, work spaces, shop and cafe. A vibrant hub for commissioning, production, presentation and debate, we offer opportunities for diverse audiences to engage directly with creative practices through participation and discussion. During COVID19 isolation we are taking our classes online so we can continue to connect with our community and support your well-being through creativity.

We have a variety of both adult and children's activities happening in October, please use this form to sign up.

Adults Courses:
1) In Our Thoughts helps people who have experienced loss throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

2) Rise and Fall is a creative arts and crafts session in relation to natural changes and rhythms of life.

3) Our Beginning to Becoming course starts in October and offers creative and mentoring support to gain employability skills such as learning crafts and how to brand, market, and sell the items created.

4) ESOL - Learning English Creatively, creative arts and crafts sessions to help improve English skills via reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

5) Environmental Global Warming workshop with Jamie and Lor Bird.

Children's Courses:
1) AEL Stop Motion Animation with Magdalena Aron, these are clay stop motion animation sessions for children aged 6 - 16 years.

2) Street Smart with Lucie Maycock where they will make graffiti-style boards using painting and stencil art techniques, this is for children aged 6 - 16 years.
