As a member of the Vaux community, you are encouraged to participate in the Vaux Board of Directors (VBOD) election process which governs and provides oversight for the Vaux Condominium Owners' Association (Vaux COA). If you are interested in running for a position on the VBOD, please complete the candidate application form provided below. Per the governing documents, only Vaux COA members (unit owners) can serve on the VBOD.

Expectations as a board member include: (i) become familiar with and be in compliance with the Association’s Articles, By-Laws, CC&R’s, and Rules and Regulations, (ii) prepare for and attend Board Meetings (approximately 2 hours per meeting) held at a location as determined by the Board, (iii) periodically assist on a short-term project; (iv) possibly serve on a Committee; and/or (v) attend additional meetings. Level of involvement often dictated by activities of the Vaux COA and needs of the Community.

Board members agree to use good business and personal judgment in their role as stewards and fiduciaries of the Vaux COA. Board members can not and are not compensated for their time and effort agree not to realize any personal gain from their involvement on the Board of Directors.
