The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you submit this form.

Picnic Set Rules

1. Reservations and enquiries will only be handled during business hours (11:00a.m-6:30p.m).

2. Making reservations on the day is not allowed. Reservations should be made at least 4 days prior.

3. Reservation cancellation is ONLY possible 3 days before the picnic.
       Full refund if the reservation is cancelled 3 days before.
       50% refund if the reservation is cancelled 2 days before.

4. In the case of adverse weather conditions (included but not limited to heavy rain, typhoon, thunderstorm), cancellation is allowed.
       Full refunds will be given.

5. Change in picnic date can be made 2 days before the picnic at the latest.

6. The meet-up point for picnic sets is Central MTR station.

7. Customers need to arrive at least 10 minutes before reservation time and at most 20 minutes after the end of reservation time to collect and return the picnic sets.
       Unreasonable late arrival will be charged 50 HKD.

8. Deposit of 100HKD per person will be charged before confirming the reservation.
       Deposit will not be returned if picnic sets are damaged.

9. Food and drinks are not provided.

10. Please pay full picnic fee (set fee + additional charge +deposit) at least 2 days before the picnic.
