BOOKING FORM Facilitating Deliberative Local Processes -skills development course.  1st/2nd February 2020, Edinburgh
A two-day, intensive, training course organised by Scottish Communities Climate Action Network in conjunction with Involve (www.involve.org.uk). This course is for community activists and others who wish to develop and practice their skills in facilitating deliberative (eg citizen’s assembly type) events  -for example to support the development of local climate emergency response plans.
Deliberative processes engage and support diverse groups to work together to make considered decisions and take action on complex issues. Good facilitation enables groups to work cooperatively and effectively together and ensures the involvement of all participants in a meaningful way.

The full, unsubsidised, cost of the training is £300 per person.,
For those attending from outside the Central Belt we may also be able to support your travel and accommodation expenses.
