We are excited to organize around weeks of actions/months this school year for different ways students identify that represent our students and educators. We are continuing our Black Lives Matter Week of Action work and we are also will be planning around Latinx/Chicanx/Hispanic Month, Asian/Pacific Islander Month, LGBTQIA+ Month, Disability Awareness Month and Indigenous/Native American Month. We are seeking educators who want to help in the planning of these months. This can look different for each month, it could be events, curriculum shares, actions, etc. We will give priority to BIPOC educators who represent each month for the planning teams.  We will also try to make them represent all grade levels as much as possible.
