#3559 Understanding and Addressing Challenging Classroom Behaviors
This 3-week asynchronous class will introduce or reinforce basic principles of Behavior Management. Based on OCALI's "Addressing Challenging Behavior" video series, week 1 will focus on defining target behaviors and designing behavior intervention plans. In week 2 we will look at several research-based strategies to address disruptive and non-compliant behaviors. For our final week 3, strategies for relationship building, the basis of all effective behavior management plans, will be explored.
