Rockburn 4th Grade Chorus Registration
Welcome to Rockburn Elementary 4th Grade Chorus online registration.  Please complete this form by Monday, September 16th.  4th Grade Chorus members are expected to attend both concerts on Wednesday, January 22nd and Wednesday, June 10th, both at RES.   Students are also expected to make the commitment for the entire school year.

My child has my permission to participate in the Chorus Program at Rockburn Elementary School.  I fully understand that students are expected to make the commitment for the entire school year.  My child will attend all concerts unless there is a family emergency or illness.  In case of emergency or unexpected absences from concerts, please send an email to Leonard_Langrick@hcpss.org.  Please click below to accept these terms. *
