AAF-Louisville, in conjunction with its Ad2 Louisville division, wants to recognize hardworking young people who are making a difference in their jobs, in the city and in the lives of others. The AAF-Louisville’s Hot 10 is a way of showing that young people in the advertising and marketing profession make important contributions to the economic, social and cultural landscape of Louisville. If you’ve ever wanted to make sure an employee, co-worker, colleague or friend received long-overdue recognition, now is your chance.

HOW IT WORKS
• Complete this nomination form by Monday, May 22 at 5:00 p.m.

• The office will send the nominee a candidate application form to complete and return for consideration.

• Once all nominee forms are received, a special committee will review the candidates and select ten young people who best represent the Hot 10.

• These winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards Evening in June and in AAF-Louisville publications.
CRITERIA
• Nominees must work in a profession whose primary job responsibilities are within the advertising/marketing field (or related fields) and whose employer is located in the city of Louisville. Primary job responsibilities and professions can include but are not limited to: design, promotions, public relations, communications, digital marketing, web development, market research, printing and media.

• The nominees must be no older than 32 years of age on July 31, 2023.

• The nominees should demonstrate a solid work ethic, interest in community activities and proven leadership skills.

• Selected candidates should be willing to accept their award at the June event.

• Nominators and nominees DO NOT have to be members of AAF-Louisville to participate.

• Nominees must not be previous winners of the Hot 10 Award.
