STEP 1 - READ CAREFULLY.
THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby appoints, Asraful Islam, President, Board of Directors, Julie Byington, Treasurer, Board of Directors, Jing Xu, Secretary, Board of Directors, and each of them, as proxies for the undersigned, with full power of substitution, to exercise all voting rights which the undersigned is entitled to at the Annual Meeting of the Redford Ranch Homeowners Association to be held in King County, Washington, Thursday, February 13, 2023,  and  at any adjournment thereof for the primary election of the following Director:

If none checked, this proxy will be used for Quorum purposes only.

STEP 3 - READ CAREFULLY.
In the event any of the nominees checked above is not available for election at the date of the meeting, the said proxies shall have full discretion and authority to vote or refrain from voting for any other nominees.

STEP 4 – CHOOSE WHETHER OR NOT YOU ALLOW A VOTE FOR YOU ON OTHER ISSUES AT THE MEETING.

STEP 5 - READ CAREFULLY.
A majority of said proxies, including any substitute, or if only one of them is present, then that one, may exercise all powers granted hereunder at said meeting or any adjournment thereof. This proxy revokes any proxy heretofore given by the undersigned to anyone other than those named above. This proxy shall be deemed automatically revoked if I attend and vote at the meeting in person, or if written revocation of this proxy is received by the Association by 6:00 pm February 09, 2023.

STEP 6 – SIGN.
The undersigned realize that only one vote may be cast per Lot. The undersigned acknowledge that this proxy is the agreed single decision of that Lot. All owners of record of the Lot must sign below for this Proxy to be valid.
