HOW DOES MUSIC EFFECT STUDY?
This survey is part of a student research project in BCM212 (Understanding Research Practice), which is a core subject in the Bachelor of Media & Communication.  I am the student researcher, Frank Tremain, and the subject coordinator is Dr Kate Bowles (kbowles@uow.edu.au), ph: 042214651.

My aim in this project is to find out how students use music during study. I will use the results collected from this survey as part of the evidence base for an opinion piece that may be published on my blog (URL: https://ftremain.home.blog/), and will promoted through social media. I will not identify you by name in any reporting. In completing the survey, you will be asked to provide a username in case you would later like to ask for your data to be withdrawn. This username will not be shared with anyone else. If you choose to complete the survey, but later you would like your survey responses withdrawn for any reason, you are free to do so by contacting me, or Dr Kate Bowles. This will not in any way affect your assessment in BCM212, or in your degree, or in your overall relationship with the University of Wollongong. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Thank you!
