The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce is offering local businesses and residents the opportunity to participate in ‘Buy Local Bonus’ — a new program as part of the Chamber's ongoing campaign in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. ‘Buy Local Bonus’ supports shopping local while also infusing additional money through the purchase of gift cards. So how does it work? The Chamber will purchase five $20 gift cards from various qualified local businesses. These gift cards will then be handed out to shoppers who turn in $100 worth of receipts from participating businesses.

To qualify, the business must:

1. Be a member of the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce (or join the Chamber at a special rate!)
2. Be a local retail, restaurant, fitness, or personal service business
3. Have a physical location or storefront
4. Have the ability to sell and redeem gift cards/certificates


**Please note the following business types do not meet the requirements for the program: corporations, convenience/drug stores; grocery stores; lodging; gas stations; and business chains that are not locally owned.**
