SACES Emerging Leaders Application
This application is required as part of the SACES Emerging Leaders application process.  At the end of the survey, you will be redirected to a page with your completed form.  SAVE that page as PDF (icon in the top right corner) and use it as a cover page for your Emerging Leaders Application packet.  This will ensure we have complete application information for all candidates and allow us to cross-check submissions.  
 
Your final application packet must include, in order, (a) Application form (PDF), (b) Personal statement addressing selection criteria (not to exceed 2 pages), (c) CV, and (d) Recommendation letter from a professional familiar with your engagement in counseling and/or counselor education (e.g., professor, supervisor).

Save your completed application in one PDF and email it to president@saces.org no later than 5/15/2020 at 5:00 pm EST.  Please include: Emerging Leader Application in the subject line and title your file: EmergingLeaderApp_Firstname.Lastname (example, EmergingLeaderApp_Elizabeth.Villares).
