Due to the size of the bus that we are leasing, participation is limited to 52 individuals.

Trip Description and Cost
   Event: PA National Quilt Extravaganza (PNQE),
   Location: Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA
   Date and time: September 15, 2022, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
   Fee: $48 for members; and $53 for non-members. Please add $2.50 if paying by PayPal.
 
Trip Schedule
   1. Check-in starting at 8 a.m. in the North Chevy Chase Christian Church parking lot
   2. Depart promptly for PNQE at 8:30 a.m.
   3. Arrive at PNQE in Oaks PA by about 11:30 a.m.
   4. Depart PNQE at promptly 4 p.m.
   5. Arrive at North Chevy Chase Christian Church by about 7 p.m.

To receive a refund and cancel your bus reservation, Julie Nelson must be notified electronically (jnelson@nwpartners.com) or by phone (301-542-7219) at least 20 days prior to the event. Requests received after this date will be honored only if there is a person on the waitlist able to fill your spot. If for any reason the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
