来日してから14日間は公共交通機関を使うことはできません。
創価大学は成田/羽田空港から居住予定地までの直行バス/タクシーを手配します。なお、出迎えサービスは学生本人しかご利用できません。友人や親戚の方は同乗することはできません。
出迎えの日にちは以下の予定です。

Following the lift of the immigration ban, students willing to come to Japan must fill in this form.
After arrival, students are forbidden to use public transportation for 14 days.
Soka University will provide a direct transportation via private bus or taxi from Narita or Haneda to the place you will live. Note that only students will be able to use this transportation. Friends or relatives will not be able to take either bus or train.
The pick-up will be provided in the following days
