This form is for commerce students or students affiliated with any Commerce or Smith clubs, groups, jobs, etc. to submit questions about EDII related issues in the group in which they are involved. This form's primary purpose is for student leaders to ask questions about how they can create more equitable spaces. These questions will then be sent to a student who has the most experience in that area. The students who will be responding to these questions will be co-chairs of either QWIL, Q+, EDGE, QCMHA or the ComSoc EDIOs.

We are also accepting personal questions and inquiries that are unrelated to a group. However, we first suggest you consult online sources to respond to these questions. This form was created to mitigate the bias that comes with asking questions about EDII related issues. Our group has seen that many white students are asking questions to their white peers. Although this may seem comfortable, having conversations only with your white peers, tend not to be as effective as discussions students who are qualified in your question area.

This space is an ACCOUNTABLE form for students to ask questions but also be mindful of the items they ask and how they can IMPACT the person who will be answering the submission. We do not care what your intention is or was. We CARE about your impact. Therefore: state your intentions right at the beginning of this form to avoid any miss-understandings or offensive questions.
