Ако курсист се откаже от курса преди началото му, се възстановяват 80% от платената такса. Курсовете се провеждат присъствено. Хибридно обучение не се предлага.Онлайн групи се сформират само при наличието на достатъчно кандидати от едно и също ниво./ All classes at ELI are held on-ground. Hybrid classes are not offered. Online courses can be organized only when enough students from the same level have chosen the online option.

УСЛОВИЯ ЗА ЗАПИСВАНЕ:  

1.С настоящия формуляр курсистът се записва за лятното училище 2024.  

2.Летният интензивен курс за възрастни продължава от 8 юли до 2 август (4 седмици по 𝟰 или 𝟱 учебни часа на ден). Курсовете се провеждат или сутрин или следобед.

3. Институтът по английски език към АУБ си запазва правото да променя програмата, съобразно нуждите на мнозинството студенти и възможностите на учебната база. Институтът по английски език не поема ангажимент да наваксва часове, пропуснати по независещи от Института причини.

4. Таксата за курса е дължима в рамките на 3 работни дни от регистрацията за курса. Курсисти, които не са заплатили учебната такса в рамките на 3 работни дни от деня на регистрация, не се смятат за записани. 

5. Ако курсист се откаже от курса след неговото начало, таксата не се възстановява. Ако курсист се откаже от курса преди началото му, се възстановяват 80% от платената такса.     
6. При 40% и повече отсъствия на студентите се препоръчва да повторят нивото.

7. Преместване в друга група и друго ниво е възможно единствено в началото на следващ семестър. Преместване в друга група и ниво не може да се извърши след официално изпратен график по електронна поща.
8. Курсовете по английски език се провеждат на английски език.

10. Курсистите трябва да спазват Правилника за вътрешен ред на Института. Ръководството може да отстрани окончателно всеки ученик, който нарушава неговите разпоредби, без да възстанови платената такса за курс. 11. При въвеждане на ограничителни мерки е възможно курсовете да преминат онлайн в съответствие със законовите разпоредби.  

12. Всяко предложение или оплакване, свързано с работата на групата се обсъжда с преподавателите. Ако не е постигнат консенсус, предложението или оплакването следва да бъде отнесено до Директора на Института.

14. Курсовете се провеждат присъствено. Хибридно обучение не се предлага. Онлайн групи се сформират само при наличието на достатъчно кандидати от едно и също ниво.

DISCLAIMER:

1. By submitting this form, you declare your participation in the Summer 24 semester at ELI.   

2. The intensive Summer '24 semester for adults (13+) starts on July 8th, 2024 and finishes on August 2nd, 2024 (4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 4 or 5 academic hours per day). Classes are held either in the morning or in the afternoon.

3. The ELI reserves its right to change the schedule depending on the needs of the majority of the participants and the ELI capacity. The ELI is not liable for missed classes incurred by circumstances beyond  ELI's control.

4. The tuition fee is to be paid within 3 working days from the registration date. Students who have not paid the tuition fee within 3 working days are not considered enrolled in any of the courses.

5. If a student cancels participation after the course has started, the tuition fee is NOT refunded. If a student cancels participation before the beginning of the course, s/he receives an 80% refund of the tuition fee.

6. A student who has missed 40% or more of the classes is advised to repeat the course.

7. Changing into a different group and/ or level is possible only at the beginning of the following semester. Once the schedule has been sent officially via email, changing groups and/ or levels is not possible.

8. English language courses are taught in English.

10. Students are to follow the Internal ELI rules. The management can dismiss permanently a student breaking any of the rules without refunding the student. You can find the full text of the document here: https://www.aubg.edu/eli/policies-and-procedures-eli     

11. In case of any restrictions, courses might be conducted online in lieu with the current governmental restrictions and orders.  

12. Any suggestions or complaints related to the group work should be communicated with the instructors. If a consensus is not reached, the respective suggestion or complaint should be addressed to the Director of the ELI.
