If you want your child to attend PLE Montessori and your child currently attends an MSD of Steuben County elementary, please complete this form. A separate form should be completed for each child you want to attend. 

You will be contacted near the end of the school year to confirm your choice. Buses will be available to transport your children to Pleasant Lake from your home if you live within MSDSC.
