What do you think would be the best way to better involve young members?

a. Incorporate workshops to support young researchers to network more effectively.

b. Set up a “speed networking” event to allow researchers to introduce themselves in few minutes (similarly to an ‘elevator pitch’).

c. Set up a “young investigator” satellite session, at the beginning or at the end of the annual meeting, with junior SIBBM members organizing and chairing the session.

d. Include young researchers in the scientific committee of the Seminar and/or in discussion panels.

e. Support more prizes and awards.

f. Organize meet-the-speaker sessions, to allow junior participants to meet field leaders and find potential contacts for future positions.
