Welcome to Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) in San Diego Unified School District!  We are here to support preschool-age children with developmental delays.  This form will begin the process of referring your child for Special Education Assessment, which is the first step toward determining if your child is eligible to receive Special Education services.  After completing the form, a member of our intake team will contact you to continue the referral process.
