Test Your Wits Tournament | Registration Form 
Are you interested in participating at our in-person PharmTox Tournament? It will take place on Thursday, Nov. 24th from 5 PM - 7 PM at Sidney Smith Hall (rooms 2112, 2116, 2119, and 2120). This competition is intended for all members in the department, where all proceeds will go towards Impact Zero, a nonprofit organization working towards and empowering people to achieve a circular economy to build a sustainable future!

For this competition, teams of four to five (4-5) members are eligible to register; however, a maximum of one (1) staff or faculty member is allowed to enter per team. A maximum of 8 teams is allowed to enter, so be sure to register ASAP! To participate, please e-transfer the PGSA (pgsa.toronto@gmail.com) your $50 donation to Impact Zero (or $10 if registering individually) by 5 PM on Wednesday, Nov. 23rd. If you're attending as an audience member, please e-transfer the PGSA (pgsa.toronto@gmail.com) $5 to cover food costs.
