1.) Complete this AutismUp Summer Communication Boot Camp Questionnaire using the following google form. To begin the form, click next at the bottom of the page.
2.) All prospective camper applications will be reviewed and pre-screened to determine eligibility for the AutismUp Summer Communication Boot Camp. An AutismUp staff will confirm camper eligibility and contact you directly to complete the registration process. After your camper is enrolled, a Nazareth College representative will contact you to schedule an intake meeting. If your camper does not meet the criteria for the Communication Boot Camp program, we will contact you to discuss alternate programming options available through AutismUp.
3.) If all criteria is met for enrollment, AutismUp staff will work with you to enroll your camper in the desired camp group, session(s), review payment options and set up payment. Note: If you have not previously created an AutismUp Family Profile, an AutismUp staff will instruct you to fill out the online forms in order to complete registration for camp.
