Jasper County Charter System Parent/Family Resource Center Check-out Form
JCCS Parent/Guardian,
Please fill out the following form if you would like to check out any items from our Parent/Family Resource Center (PRC). The PRC is for Virtual and Face to Face students and families that attend JCCS.

The Parent/Family Resource Center is a place for parents/guardians of all students attending JCCS to utilize resources to use with their students at home to reinforce academics in reading and/or math, or other area of need. The Parent/Family Resource Center is frequently stocked with a variety of reading and math resources. This includes parent information brochures, games, books, practice materials, and several other learning-based activities.

These items are available to be checked-out, at NO COST, for parents to use at home with their student(s). Resources in additional languages are available as requested. English and Spanish documents are provided for JCCS parents/guardians.

Pick-up and returning of items can be scheduled with the District Family Engagement Coordinator once check out has been requested. All brochures and pamphlets are not required to be returned.

Resource and supplies for the Parent and Family Resource Center are funded through the Title I Parent and Family Engagement budget. Resources and supplies that are purchased are determined by your input. Please contact Tiffany Price, tprice@jasper.k12.ga.us, 706-468-6350 if there are any resources that you need to support your child at home, Our Parent/Family Resource Center is located at the District Office, 1411 College St. Monticello, St. Monticello, GA. We also have a virtual PRC that provides several of the resources electronically.
