This is a general form to indicate your interest in joining team and signing up for the Aug 7 team audition.

We will provide more information in the next few weeks regarding exact times and materials needed for auditioning as well as an overview of yearly team requirements and expectations. We will also provide a detailed breakdown of expected financial requirements, detailed dates, and other pertinent info before you commit to the team. Submitting this questionnaire simply tells us that you are interested and will be auditioning on August 7. There is a $30 audition fee that must be paid before auditioning, and it will be posted to your parent portal as soon as the audition schedule is released.

If after looking over the poll you don’t think team is an option for you, please still stay a part of our studio by joining our recreational program!

If you were on team last season and will be leaving team please let me know ASAP.
