"A hundred Thousand Zen Masters" & EZTT Program” is a meditation education program created and promoted by Master Hung Chi-Sung. The aim is to cultivate at least a hundred thousand meditation instructors worldwide and spread mindfulness and joy to every corner of the world.♦ Phase 1: International Meditation Training ♦
This is an international meditation course taught entirely in English, suitable for anyone who wants to learn or deepen their understanding of Zen.
In this course, you will learn the following:
- Seven-point Meditation Posture: A sitting posture that allows your body and mind to settle, making it easier for you to enter a state of meditation.
- Counting breaths: The simplest, fastest, and safest meditation method that allows you to focus on your breath and let go of all attachments and distractions.
- Walking, standing, sitting, and sleeping: A way to apply Zen practice anytime and anywhere in your daily life, enabling you to maintain clarity and tranquility in any situation.
Whether you are in Taiwan or abroad, whether English is your first or second language, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to join our English Zen training class. The course will start on October 22nd this year, with one class per week for a total of four classes.
■ Through learning and practicing meditation, you will experience immeasurable joy and transformation. You will also have the ability and confidence to teach and share Zen with more people.
