MEMBER OF THE YEAR  - This member embodies the WAM mission by being a community ambassador both inside and outside of WAM.  Some examples of the nominees' contributions may include:
* Promoting WAM in their circles to bring awareness to the club. 
* Participate in multiple events and/or tournaments
* Welcome other members
* Contribute to WAM's public or private Facebook by cheering on others' successes, offering advice or answering questions
* Help with social integration and inclusiveness at events
* Volunteer

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR - This is a member who engaged in the club by volunteering and contributing their time at events and/or on the operational side of WAM.

Lifetime Achievement Award: 

This is a member who has had SIGNIFICANT long-term impact of the organization over the course of time. Their impact on the club would have been strong enough to influence the clubs events, participation in children’s fishing clinics, and our overall success and direction. The recipient does not have to currently be an active influencer but has been in the past.

COMPANY OF THE YEAR - This award is meant to honor a WAM Sponsor or donor that has supported our organization throughout the year. They should have women on their pro staff and display women in their marketing materials.
