We hope that this e-mail finds you and your family safe and healthy during this time. We are just touching base to keep you in the loop with regards to STARBASE Indiana- Gary Summer Camp. Currently we are all following the CDC and State restrictions and staying at home. As a result, unfortunately we will not be having in-person summer camps this year. The safety of your children and our team are first and foremost at the heart of this decision. But we do have some great news to share!



STARBASE Indiana is working on a virtual program that will allow your camper to participate online beginning June 1, 2020. As we get closer and more details are available, we will be sending out more information. The virtual camps will be open to anyone and your child can participate in as many at-home, hands-on activities as you wish. There will be video demonstrations and fun STEAM challenges that your child and even the whole family can do at home! We will have virtual field trips and guest speakers from many of our STEAM partners throughout the state. We will even post a supply list ahead of time so that your camper will be ready to participate in experiments and activities.



We are excited and looking forward to both yours and your camper’s virtual participation.
